Abstract
As Director of Organizing and Training for Right Care Alliance (RCA), Stephanie Aines has worked hard to stitch together meaningful relationships among members of her organization. As Aines puts it, these relationships are the glue that holds everything together. In this mini case study, we take a closer look at how Aines and her community have leaned on relationships to not only sustain RCA’s important work, but to drive key initiatives that have led to significant change within the healthcare system in the United States.
We want a completely transformed healthcare system, one in which people have a strong local primary care network, no matter where they live, where decisions are very much between a person and their clinical team. – Stephanie Aines, Director of Organizing and Training
