Growing Power, Leading Change: Explore Our 2024 Annual Report

The Leading Change Network’s 2024 Annual Report is a reflection of a year marked by global collaboration and a renewed commitment to supporting movements that are building the strength to shape a kinder world. From launching the Leading Change Academy to hosting LCN’s Third Global Leaders Convening in Mexico, LCN is seeding people-powered movements across continents. It’s an invitation to witness how organizers, educators, and communities continue to rise to the challenges of our time—and create meaningful, lasting change.

More than 1,600 participants engaged in our online learning spaces, 137 scholarships were provided across 30 countries, 56 new coaches graduated from our training programs, and four new Hubs were initiated and led by LCN members. Our Resource Center also grew with 30 new tools and guides to strengthen organizing around the world.
