Esta guía para coaches y facilitadores proporciona una comprensión más profunda del porqué enseñamos a organizar de la manera en que lo hacemos, además de facilitar el diálogo e incorporar la teoría. Presenta el flujo general de los días de formación y ofrece consejos y sugerencias sobre los retos del coaching, así como respuestas a las preguntas más comunes.
Esta guía de talleres ha sido elaborada por Dan Grandone, Jake Waxman, Sarah Kopse-Scholberg, Chris Lawrence-Pietroni y Kate Hilton, basándose en el trabajo de Nisreen Haj Ahmad y el personal del New Organizing Institute (entre otros).

This workshop coach / facilitator guide provides a deeper understanding of why we teach organizing the way we teach and enables you to facilitate the discussions and embody the theory. The guide presents the general flow of the training days and offers general advice and tips on coaching challenges and common questions.
This workshop guide was developed by Dan Grandone, Jake Waxman, Sarah Kopse-Scholberg, Chris Lawrence-Pietroni and Kate Hilton, based on the work of Nisreen Haj Ahmad and the staff of the New Organizing Institute (among others).
