This is a guide in Spanish for participants of community organizing workshops based on the work of Marshall Ganz.

This workshop guide covers the five practices of organizing and coaching, based on the leadership and organizing framework by Marshall Ganz. This guide has been developed over many years by trainers practicing organizing and conducting workshops.
