This material was developed by the team at Crea Potencial, which I have the honor of leading: a group of professional women who, drawing on Marshall’s framework, discovered the power of sharing our stories.

We call our public‐narrative course The Power of Our Story—a gender-focused program that equips Latin American women with the tools to appreciate how storytelling builds sisterhood. In a safe, trusting environment, participants connect emotionally by sharing their experiences, values, and sources of hope. Together, they discover the strength of an organized community to drive the changes we aspire to achieve.

The course materials include a step-by-step workbook guiding participants through every element of narrative structure—Challenge, Choice, and Outcome—alongside the three interlinked stories that form a cohesive linked narrative: the Story of the Self, the Story of Us, and the Story of Now.

Read the Hubs Showcase write-up to learn more about how Cynthia developed these worksheets to create a community of storytellers in Latin America.
