This is a model on holding each other accountable, shared at LCN Pedagogy Convening on April 6th and 7th, 2024.
This is a video from LCN Pedagogy Convening on April 6th and 7th, 2024. It includes three models regarding holding each other accountable. The models were developed as a part of Harvard Kennedy School’s 2024 Leadership, Organizing, and Action course, by the teaching fellows, Ashraf Hamzah, Tejas Motwani, Shay Leighton, Lacey Connelly, Jen Simmons, and Mike Perry.
Commitments are fundamental in organizing, but there are certain challenges when it comes to holding each other accountable.
How do we hold the space when someone shows up to the meeting not having done what they said would get done?
The video with a debrief of these models at the Pedagogy Convening 2024 can be found here.
