Facilitator’s Guide
This facilitator’s guide is based on the materials that all participants in the workshop will be using. The mission of each facilitator is to create conditions enabling their teams to identify a learning challenge to which they can commit. This entails convening their team, establishing norms, facilitating teamwork, conducting evaluations, and coaching. This mission can be viewed from three distinct perspectives: relational, motivational, and conceptual.
