A video session from the Wisconsin Leadership Development (WiLD) Project about moving organizing training online.

As the coronavirus was spreading and the US Presidential election was fast approaching earlier this year, the Wisconsin Leadership Development (WiLD) Project had to quickly reimagine its work in the face of training cancellations. Feeling this urgency, they decided to move it all online.
WiLD’s Founder Dan Grandone and his team share in this session:

  • How WiLD quickly adapted the course to an online environment;
  • How to scaffold and design training for teams to run successful campaigns on the ground;
  • What makes for successful teams and how to effectively learn together as a team;
