About trainer
Noorulain Masood enables leadership for changemakers through her work as a facilitator, trainer, and coach. She has training and expertise in three frameworks: Professor Ganz’ Public Narrative and Organizing; Professor Heifetz’ Adaptive Leadership from an outside-in and inside-out perspective, and Mindfulness.
Her work in the last year includes being the Head Teaching Fellow of the Public Narrative course offered by Harvard Executive Education, being a Course Coach for the Harvard course on Self, Identity and leadership, and being a lead trainer in Public Narrative for the Harvard Midcareer summer program. Recently, she has also led narrative trainings with a global trauma survivor network and an Asia-wide organizing training network, mindfulness training with a low-income school in Pakistan, and organizing training with Australia based progressive groups.
Noor is based in Pakistan and has an expertise in interactive online work, and in coaching teams to grow their leadership capacity. In the past, Noor has led a non-profit program for leaders in education, done poverty alleviation work at the World Bank Headquarters in Washington DC, and ran a grassroots leadership pilot in rural Pakistan. Noor completed her Masters in Public Administration / International Development on a Fulbright Scholarship from Harvard Kennedy School of Government in 2009.
